Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your participation in the Awards Best Practice Prize Draw. By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
- The Promoter and Promotion Period
1.1. Promoter: The promoter is Boost Awards (the “Promoter”) located at Platf9rm, Floor 5 & 6, Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton, East Sussex. BN1 1YR.
1.2. Promotion Name: Awards Best Practice Survey and Prize Draw (the “Promotion”).
1.3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 08/12/2025 at 9am UK GMT and ends on [17/12/2025] at 12:00am UK GMT (the “Closing Date”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- Eligibility
2.1. Participants: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of UK, Ireland, Europe, MENA, APAC and North America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are ineligible to participate.
2.3. Entry Requirement: Entry is conditional upon the successful and complete submission of the Awards Best Practice Survey during the Promotion Period. Incomplete or invalid survey submissions will be disqualified.
- How to Enter
3.1. Method of Entry: Participants must complete the Awards Best Practice Survey in its entirety online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AwardsBestPractice
3.2. Prize draw Entry: Upon successful completion and submission of the survey, the participant will be able to tick a box to be entered into the Prize Draw, provided they comply with all eligibility requirements.
3.3. Maximum Entries: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than once, whether by using multiple email addresses, identities, or other methods, may result in disqualification.
3.4. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Prize Draw is free and requires no purchase or payment of any kind, other than the time required to complete the survey.
- The Prize(s)
4.1. Prize Description: There will be five prizes awarded of equal value. The prize consists of a single £100 Amazon UK e-gift card. If the survey does not get enough responses, then the number of winners is limited to the number of entries.
4.2. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The total ARV of the prize pool is £500.
4.3. Prize Limitations: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
4.4. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and duties associated with the acceptance and use of a prize.
- Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Selection Process: The winner(s) will be selected via the Excel random number generator function drawing from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date. The drawing will take place on or around 18/12/2025.
5.2. Notification: The potential winner(s) will be notified by email at the address provided in the survey within 7 days of the drawing. If the email address provided isn’t correct or doesn’t work for any reason when we order Amazon vouchers we reserve the right to cancel sending the recipient the prize and will not provide an alternative.
5.3. Claiming the Prize: The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where legal) to claim the prize.
5.4. Disqualification: Failure to respond within the specified timeframe, failure to provide any required information or documentation, or non-compliance with these T&Cs will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Data Protection and Publicity
6.1. Data Use: Personal data submitted with an entry will be processed by the Promoter only for the purposes of managing the Promotion, prize fulfilment, and will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
6.2. Survey Data: Data collected as part of the survey content will be used for market research and internal analysis and will be stored separately from personal data used for the Prize Draw. Personal data remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties. It will be deleted 6 months after the survey closing date.
- General Conditions
7.1. Right to Cancel or Modify: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (or any part of it) if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliates from any liability arising out of or relating to the Promotion, including, but not limited to, the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of any prize.
7.3. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these T&Cs, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Promoter in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
